Creative Workshop - Shaina and Bryan Baira (BAIRA / MVMNT PHLOSPHY) share a creative workshop designed to evoke a truthful and meditative experience of our human expression. Through verbal and physical improvised play, we will strengthen our ability to be fluid, adaptable, and imaginative beings; every ready for the rapidly unpredictable landscape of daily living and performance. This practice will exercise bodily awareness and articulation through space refining our ability to listen, speak, and move honestly from our own unique perspectives.

Bio - We are Shaina and Bryan Baira, together we create dance-theatre work as BAIRA / MVMNT PHLOSPHY. We share our story and offer movement training centering on bravery, adaptability, and an intricate athleticism inside a deeply human experience. We are the resident company at Wayne State University and artists in residence at the Music Hall Center for Performing Arts in Detroit.
